CRM - CREWMEMBER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
OBJECTIVE:
The course of CRM purposes the management of the human resources and materials, adding to the management of threats that compromise the quality of the work and the team’s performance. It generates bigger integration, communication goals and development of a security philosophy and prevention.
The EPA developed the CRM course, with the purpose of taking care of work teams that act in complex environments, such as: aviation, petroliferous area, chemistry and nuclear industry, transports in general, hospitals, etc.
COURSE FORMAT:
Theoretical lessons.
LENGHT:
16 hours.

EPA CERTIFICATION:
The student will receive the conclusion certificate of the course regarding the following parameters:
- Minimum frequency of 75% in the lessons.
- Grade equal or higher than seven (7,0) in tests applied during the course.
