In order to guarantee the best performance on training courses, EPA Training Center bases its development on a detailed quality management system, called SQEPA. Such system provides a high level of control on procedures, responsibilities, actions and evaluations within EPA’s work scope.
For EPA’s direction, it is a daily routine to keep and raise the quality of its services. Since the very first vision provided by the general administration, passing through the frequent assessment of instructors and classes and ending on the maintenance inspections and checklists, SQEPA is the counterpart system made by EPA to respond to its clients needs.
“The search for quality is present in everything we do at EPA Training Center. We have a complete quality manual that guarantees the rules and standards to be followed. And we also established a committee with members from all sectors of the company to be always ahead of our clients needs”, says Flavio Farias, EPA’s Administrative Manager.
